ePro Infosystems was established for a specific purpose. To increase the quality of resources in the IT industry. Our vision is to become a worldwide premier total solutions provider for Big Data & Analytics, Cloud, DevOps, Packaged Application Technology Consulting and Software Integration requirements across multiple domains. We have personally experienced some of the ill-effects of the IT Consulting industry and intend to be pioneers in improving the current technology process by preferring genuineness over mass recruitment.
Our Core Committee consists of people who are currently high-achievers in their areas of expertise that include BigData & Analytics, DevOps, Cloud, Web Devlopment Technologies, Business Intelligence (BI), Quality Assurance (QA), Enterprise Resource Management (ERP), Software as a Service (SaaS), Business Process Management (BPM), Salesforce and Cloud Computing and IT Security.
They have hands-on expertise in current cutting-edge technologies and also have hands-on expertise in handling budgets, building and leading teams. Some of them continue to work at responsible posiitons with Fortune 20 companies. We understand the pain points of hiring managers and we aim to implement solutions that will grant a reprieve for those pain points.
Our passion is to be true to our words and to our promises. We believe that revenues can be generated in hundreds of ways, but legacies can only be built on honesty and integrity. Period. Our success thrives on Customer and Employee satisfaction and thus would like to be transparent when it comes to negotiations with either of them. That being said, we would like to assure our clients and employees that our every action would be guided by the Golden Rule.

A brisk and specific training would be undertaken to sharpen and augment the consultant’s aptitude and skills.
The list of prospective consultants selected by us would be submitted to the client for initiating interviews and ultimate selection.
Once the candidates are evaluated against the ‘specification set’ and given offer, the contract and compensation negotiations will be taken-up and the subsequent paper work will be initiated following which the consultant sets off to accomplish the tasks entrusted upon.
